Sounds like he compared sasukes genjutsu to itachis tsukyomi to me. Especcially considering sasuke never said "tsukyomi" which has always been said when it was used

Then why would Itachi bother to use tsukuyomi? Why wouldn't he use a lower level genjutsu? If Kishi had wanted to show that Sasuke could use tsukuyomi then he would've used it instead of that fodder genjutsu.

If you can provide me with a scan of Sasuke using Tsukuyomi, a scan that includes no presumptions or fanfic material, then I'll admit that I'm wrong.

That's asinine. The discussion is not about if Sasuke has Tsukuyomi now, because he obviously has it. It's about if he had it before taking Itachi's eyes.

All of those are the points that lead to Tsukuyomi being used

except Danzo was put under it and he never once made a remark that it was genjutsu. He only stated it as being a Sharingan genjutsu that was inferior to Tsukuyomi. I could be wrong, but i don't recall there being a time where the signature Tsukuyomi moon is seen in any of those occasions.

That's an anime trait. The only real trait of Tsukuyomi is the inverted colors, which were shown when Sasuke placed Bee and Danzo under some kind of genjutsu.

You're ignoring the remarks made about Sasuke's genjutsu, which is similar to what was made about Itachi. If Sasuke "only" has "Enton: Kagu-tsuchi" in his other eye, that would make him by far the lamest of all Mangekyo Sharingan users.

- BUT how many times does Sasuke say "Tsukuyomi"? NOT EVEN ONCE! If Kishimote would want Sasuke to have the Tsukuyomi, he would say "Tsukuyomi". That's how Mangas are. But he doesnt say it. So he doesn't have it.

The difference between Tsukuyomi and other genjutsu is that Tsukuyomi can also manipulate time, and that it's impossible to get out of it (except you are same bloodline)
To say Sasuke has just a weaker version of it which has not those two abilities, is like saying Obitos fire jutsu is a weaker version of Amaterasu, which isn't black and can be blown out easily, because Obito cant use it as good as Sasuke and Itachi.

Yata mirror and Totsuka blade are not jutsus, they are actual weapons, Itachi would have to hand Sasuke them if he wanted to give them away. Why would Orochimaru spend years looking for blade if it was Itachi's MS jutsu? The raven clones is a jutsu not based on the Sharingan but on Itachi's own jutsu he made or it could be due to him having crow summonings.

Nowhere does it say that you can awaken Susano'o without having those two jutsu, either. Itachi in particular was clearly surprised that Sasuke was capable of using Susano'o. The two shinobi often trumpeted by the detractors--Obito and Shisui--have never been regarded as Susano'o users at any point during this story.

Actually Sasuke told Gaara+Co that you can use Susanoo when you have both MS

. Shisui wasn't well described so we don't know how long he had his MS nor if he had Susanoo since we only see him when it came to try and stop the coup and Susanoo wouldn't play a peaceful solution. Obito only had one eye for the majority of the manga and when he did get both eyes he needed to use his chakra for Kamui to save Sasuke and Kakashi so Susanoo which takes both eyes wouldn't have been needed.

Obito did say Itachi gave Sasuke his jutsus so that would be more than just Amaterasu

He said once both the Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu were awakened, not once two of his powers were awakened. If any two powers could suffice, why would he specifically say his techniques? Coupled with the databook page saying only those who have Tsuki and Ama can use Susano'o, and nothing presented in the manga yet to contradict this, it's clear that Sasuke has Tsukiyomi due to having Susano'o.

Unless Sasuke actually says Tsukiyomi when casting a genjutsu then he does'nt have it.

Obito haven't been calling his Kamui by it's name until the War arc while is like over 300 chapters from when he have been using Kamui. Sasuke was torture with Tsukuyomi when he was 6 and 13 so he might just not like the name, it might just remind him of seeing his family killed.

How many times was Sasuke tortured for days inside Tsukuyomi where he saw his family killed over and over? 2 times, when he was 6 and when he was 13. The name can effect Sasuke by having him remember being tortured since he was a kid. Kakashi always called out Kamui name but Obito never did until the War arc so that shows that there can be reasons for not saying a jutsu name. Kishi had Obito say Itachi gave Sasuke his eye jutsus
