Well in Tsukuyomi the user can manipulate time, and Sasuke can't, so I'd say he doesn't have it- or simply can't utilize its full potential but then why call it Tsukuyomi...it equals to a normal sharingan genjutsu.

He's referring to himself, in his specific case. Nowhere does it say that you can't awaken Susano'o by having 2 different MS techs other than Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

He said once both the Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu were awakened, not once two of his powers were awakened. If any two powers could suffice, why would he specifically say his techniques? Coupled with the databook page saying only those who have Tsuki and Ama can use Susano'o, and nothing presented in the manga yet to contradict this, it's clear that Sasuke has Tsukiyomi due to having Susano'o.

Not only does enton use his OPPOSITE eye than ameratsu, sasuke has never, ever said the word "tsukyomi", which itachi did every single time he used it. Its like looking at part 1 databook facts over the last 300 chapters

You're forgetting Sasuke studied the Tablet which shows one the secret techniques of the Sharingan. Obviously he can use Tsukuyomi, but nowhere near Itachi's level.

No he obviously doesnt have it as he never used it, and his 2 abilities are Ameratsu and Enton, one ability for each eye. He never used tsukyomi vs bee, he never even manipulated time. People love ignoring the obvious things

Manipulation of time is based on skills like Danzo mentioned when he fought Sasuke.

Every MS user can use Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. Tobirama noticed both Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi right of the bat. Suggesting he fought such opponents before.

as of now sasuke has the rinnegan so i asumme that sasuke rinnegans genjutsu is way harder to escape from or imposible if you dont have either so6p senjutsu or rinnegan, but that does not mean he has better control within genjustu than itachi
what im saying is:
sasuke rinnegan genjutsu=harder to awaken from than itachis tsukuyomi
itachis tsukuyomi= has a better control over what the person in the genjutsu sees and feels than sasuke

It was stated that only Itachi could manipulate time within his Tsukuyomi, due to his mastery over genjutsu
