He can use it but not at the same level as Itachi. The only thing that better so far is his amateratsu manipulation skills. Those exceed Itachi´s. He can use the flames as a sword but because of the legendary items Itachi had, I don´t know which one is stronger.

tsukuyomi can be held in a completely other dimension... where sasuke does not change the battlefield... just adds some illusions, a normal genjutsu... if someone wants to argue wat he did to the lightning jonin... many regular genjutsu's make people pass out, oro had one, kabuto has one, kakashi has one that involves the sharingan even

I'm not going in depth, but during his raikage fight, he was holding one eye, using a genjutsu on C, I believe, and it was because of the fact that amaterasu comes from one eye and tsukiyomi from the other. I believe sasuke has used genjutsu before, but never held an eye closed i believe, also during the danzo fight, danzo said himself that sasuke's tsukiyomi was inferior to Itachi's

If people(Yeah you) still haven't figured out that what Sasuke has been using is Tsukuyomi, then they aren't going to now.
Evidence is in,hearings have been heard, yet the opposition still cries ignorance(no offence).

It's ok if you think it isn't Tsuku, but just look back over the manga's and re-read the evidence provided. It points in one direction.

The evidence sadly, I cannot say is 100% dead cert.
What you are wanting is an image of Sasuke using his right eye to cast Tsukuyomi while shouting "Tsukuyomi!!".
The images provided show Sasuke using his right eyed MS to cast an ocular Genjutsu which causes him to wince and feel pain. Typical of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, which cause huge stamina drain and waste the M Sharingan eye.

The other evidence from Narutopedia states that to unlock Susanoo you need to unlock MS and the MS skills in both eyes. This post is from above:

ok... now we are going to get into a different arguement... which is kakashi's ms sharingan then... is that considered tsukuyomi or amaterasu... since the data book says that this is wat is given with the gift of ms... and the jutsu's dont have to be identical to have the same name... if you tell me that it is considered one of those then ok... sasuke has the tsukuyomi... otherwise all i get out of this is... it is wat it is and it doesnt have to make sense

Sasuke DOES have amaterasu, he used a mangekyou sharingan genjutsu on Bee, which is tsukuyomi. It was clearly more powerful than his regular genjutsu. However, seeing as Sasuke has no mastery over time and space in tsukuyomi unlike itachi, and Bee was a perfect jinchuuriki, he could break out. I assume if Itachi had no mastery of time in Tsukuyomi, Bee could manage to break out of that also.

sasuke had mastery of amaterasu, Itachi had mastery over tsukuyomi. it kind of sucks that while sasuke has a Kg of his own in blaze release though, itachi does not. although moon release isn't the coolest KG name out there

The techniques Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi are for and of the Uchiha clan. I assume this means you need to have the Uchiha blood to use them & Susanoo. I could of course be wrong.
I can't answer anything more about Kakashi's MS Kamui, as nothing more has been said on the matter.
Kakashi is a unique case. Danzo managed to utulize KA because he collected both Sharingan and implanted Senju DNA into himself. Maybe to use the Uchiha techniques requires the user to do the same type of thing.
Again, I cannot expand too much on this as I have no real information about Kakashi's MS or kamui. I suggest you make a new thread for this.

tsukuyomi + amaterasu + susanoo = are the 3 additional powers for MS users...but the level on how each skills are used depends on the ability of the user...

ex. itachi can control the tsukuyomi better than sasuke
sasuke can control amaterasu better than itachi as he can even wrap it with susanoo...

I don't know how many people know this but data books in any subject are never written by the creator of whatever they create. The are always ghost written and there name are attached.
Also i looking for it but i am pretty sure it mention somewhere that you just have to unlock ms with both eye to get susano but tsukuyomi or amaterasu weren't just the only abilites that you could possibly unlock. Madara has shown no ability to use amaterasu or genjtsu so we don't know. Kakashi has shown neither but has Kamui the ability to distort space time and send objects to who knows where, a weird combination of tobi and Itachi ms abilities in effecting space time in themselves.

ever since sasuke was given his ms people have been claiming that he has tsukuyomi like itachi did just because he's shown using genjutsu's but this is total bullshit. he's never once used anything other then a regular ass genjutsu but sasuke/uchiha fanboys refuse to believe it even though it was explained during his fight with the raikage that his left eye has amaterasu and his right has the blaze release/power to control or manipulate the flames.

wat manga have u guyz been reading? it clearly says that sasuke has power over tsukiyomi but not to the extent of itaci check it out in danzo's fight with him. the number of times he uses it is less and one more thing the condition to fullfill susanoo is not to wake up tsukiyomi and amatarasu but simply to awaken mangekyo sharingan in both eyes check out the chapter when he fights the raikage.
