There is a difference between both cases- Tenzo and so on have been augmented permanently with an amount of Hashiramas DNA, but Kabuto have used them to reanimate him. That's similar to Jūgos action when Sasuke fought Bee, otherwise Sasuke could use still Senninka.
Ergo: No Mokuton for Sasuke. It's better that way.

Madara and Obito where able to use Mokuton the moment they obtained the power so
the same will happen with Sasuke.

It's more likely that Naruto gets mokuton (body of juubi) and sasuke gets the eyes of the juubi (rinnegan)
