Half obitos body is Zetsu. Danzo had an improved version. Madara had the final product of the experiments. Sasuke was healed by lousy zetsu type cells. I don't think the quality (or quantity in obito case) is great enough for him to use mokuton

Kabuto was the one who basically created the "perfect" Edo Madara with the Mokuton,
He was using the same cells on Sasuke, so Sasuke will master it Like Madara.
