The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It's manga fact that he DID swap, there's no denying that. The reason you can't see it was because Kishi was trying to hide how the jutsu works. As he uses it more there are more clues and once we find out how it works, that is no longer the case.

So instead of trying to disprove kishi, how about you move on to the your instant kill surprise attack being completely dilusional?
