Well I will respectfully counter all of your arguments.
1.Sasuke has sharigan which can predict movement and motions so it is expected minato ftg will be figured out
The sharingan can only track speeds up to a certain level past the users own speed. Sasuke could not track the motion of Bee's swords nor could he track A when A used raiton armor, and Sasuke couldn't even follow Itachi's hand seals or motions when he fought him. Sasuke would not be able to track and predict Minato's normal movements let alone with FTG.
2.if minato decides to use death god seal to kill both him and sasuke ,sasuke can counter with izangi which turns it into an illusinon it is stated that sharigan users can do izangi
Sasuke is not able to use Izanagi because he does not have Senju DNA in him. So this argument is completely nullified.
3.If sasuke is forced he will use kirin and since minato does not have susano like itachi he will try to dodge it and fail except u telling me that minato is faster than sound and light then he cannot dodge kirin.zetsu stated it is undodgeable
Lightning is fast but here is something for you to think about, FTG is a ST jutsu. Speed has no part in it because it is instant. If you think that Minato can't teleport away from Kirin then you are only fooling yourself.
4.sasuke has susano which now can throw amaterasu and wield a sword with amatersau not forgetting it is a nice defense
When was Susanoo shown throwing Amaterasu? Are you talking about Itachi's Magatama attack? I think you are talking about Itachi's Susanoo because Sasuke's uses arrows. So your facts are incorrect here.
5.u might bring up the matter that minato is smarter true but remember sasuke was top of his class and best when young so he too is talented
being the top of your class means literally nothing, shikamaru was not the top of his class but do you think that Sasuke is more intelligent than he is? Or how about Neji? Neji was the top of his class but that does not mean he is automatically as intelligent as Minato. This is in invalid argument, Minato is much smarter than Sasuke.
6.has chidori to combact rasengan
Sasuke does have the chidori, but unlike his fights against naruto, Minato is equal to naruto's KM speed. Sasuke has no chance to keep up with that kind of speed and counter with chidori. Also Minato's regular rasengan is considerably larger than Naruto's, Jiraiya's, or kakashi's regular rasengan. I assume larger means more powerful so Sasuke's chidori would get overwhelmed.
EDIT: about Kirin, here is another thing for you to think about. Kakashi's raikiri is called the lightning cutter because he cut a bolt of lightning in half. How fast do you think you have to be to cut lightning in half? What is kirin? Is it a lightning bolt? So kakashi is fast enough to cut lightning in half and Minato is infinitely faster than Kakashi is.
And of course that only matters if Minato decides to not use FTG, because with FTG he could teleport anywhere that he had a seal and just escape kirin.
