Nope, Oro has to prepare dead bodies in order to use them for Edo Tensei. Jiraiya and Orochimaru would have some little chance to defeat Sasuke in 1vs1 battle, but Sasuke would definietly be the favorite to win these battles. Tsunade would be goner.

Orochimaru can actually beat MS Sasuke alone, EMS Sasuke would be a tough fight with Orochimaru losing. jiraiya is debatable, tsunade is a no no

Oro was the reason sasuke escaped amaterasu from itachi. He has his substitution technique for amaterasu. The only downfall for oro is arrogance+tsukoyomi
