Sasuke can cast his own IT

The only way to use IT is to become a jinchuriki of the juubi which sasuke isn't

Nah, sasuke's rinnegan is purple and only has 6 tomo, the third eye is red with 9 tomo, only that eye can cast IT.

Just because he can dispel it, doesn't mean he can cast it. Sasuke dispelled Itachi's tsukuyomi, it doesn't mean he can use tsukuyomi.

Why would sasuke cast IT when everyone is already under IT? I mean like even if he could it doesn't sound logical, sasuke could probably cast a pseudo IT I suppose but not a full one.

Lel I gave you an example, at least try to understand it. Sasuke countered itachi's tsukuyomi, but it didn't mean he could use tsukuyomi. There is nothing to suggest that sasuke's rinnegan can use IT.

I was talking about 3T sasuke. Besides there is more evidence to suggest that MS/EMS sasuke doesn't have tsukuyomi then there is to prove he does
