8..he observed oro
9..he was able to break-up itachi's genjutsu ( i knw itachi was weak bt his genjutsu wasn't)

4) So does Madara. Tobi has both sharingan and rinnegan

All the feats that you've listed can be repeated by Tobi/Madara with much less difficulty

And Sasuke doesn't even have the rinnegan yet.

Tobi has never used susanoo, amaterasu, or tsukuyomi, so i wouldn't say Tobi can use all those abilities. We don't even know if he's an uchiha. The rinnegan abilities yes. Madara hasn't even shown the abilities of amaterasu or tsukuyomi either.
