I choose yes lets assume the sanins were jiraiya and orochimaru sasuke has already proven that he is stronger than orochimaru by killing him so jiraiya is no problem i decided not to include tsunade here because it will give an extra super disadvantage


reasons why sasuke can beat jiraiya

1.he can counter jiraiya rasengan with chidori as seen when ever those jutsu clash they both end draw so it is unclear to say one is stronger

2.jiraiya sage mode can be handled with a mangekyou,and if jiraiya trys that fat ass rasengan sasuke can always activate susano i doubt a rasengan can break susano

3.can use amaterasau'

4.if jiraiya tries some crazy shit like to kill him and sasuke sasuke can always summon an animal to shield him as seen in in deidera fight.

5.jiraiya moves will be figured through sharigan

AND FOR OROCHIMARU
just chidori him or cut his tong no matter the sanin being tsunade instead of orochimaru sasuke still wins.

The point is hat Hiruzen said that Oro was stronger, Oro beat J-and and Tsnade. So at the point when itachi said that he ad kisame wouldnt beat j-man meant j-man was increably strong.

So oro is stronger than J-man but weaker than itachi j-man will beat sasuke but oro maybe not IF sasuke is good in genjutsu. But till in a one on one fight i doubt that oro would even dare to look sasuke in the eye when he knows what the MS can do. So sasukes bag of tricks will run out and he lose.

J-man has ma and pa to knock him outta genjutsu he has good taijutsu and has great injutsu and i swea at one point they stated sennins are as strong or slightly weaker than the hokages of the village. Orochimaru wasn't at full health, he was practically on his deathbed. And he still survived within Sasuke. Itachi was the one that killed Orochimaru, and he still lives on with Kabuto...Orochimaru is indeed a pesky one.

Sasuke's chidori is probably weaker than the Osama rasengan because Osama has much more chakra in it. What do you mean when those jutsu clash, they haven't clashed in ages.

Sasuke can't last long in Susanoo, Jiraiya would just avoid him until he runs out of chakra...Then Fake Madara will have to come in and save your Sasuke-kun.

As far as we know Sasuke can only summon Mandra, which already got killed by Deidara.

Wouldn't work, Orochimaru would just shed his skin like he did with Naruto's 4 Tailed Mode. Orochimaru is pretty invincible with that tech, even Amaterasu wouldn't kill him. The only way would be to completely destroy his body in a moment, like Naruto tried with TBB, but he just used those Gates. Remember Orochimaru can also used the Gates summoning things.
