That quote is literally one of the most insane things I have ever heard on this forum. It rivals the time that someone said anyone can use FTG as long as they have Minato's kunai.
If Itachi let him win, and Itachi would have won, then logically you can't say Sasuke won.
Ok now that I have that out of the way I think many people on this thread are being unfair to both Sasuke and Jiraiya & Oro. I have been seeing alot of false hype on both sides. (By the way even though Sasuke is my least favorite character in shippuden I will defend him somewhat because a logical person look at both sides.)
Let's start off with a list of their abilities.
Sasuke
Above average chakra levels.
Extremely fast
Lightning and fire elements
chidori (and it's variations)
kirin
Hawk summons (not seen in battle yet)
3 tomoe sharingan (copies movements, copies jutsus, tracks & predicts movements, can see chakra, can see through some genjutsu, and can cast some genjutsu)
MS- Susanoo (no legendary weapons), Tsukuyomi (not as strong as Itachi's), and Amaterasu (can manipulate the flames to surround him)
EMS - doesn't go blind, one extra ability?
Jiraiya
Huge chakra levels (the most out of the people in this battle)
Very fast & very strong
rasengan (and some variations)
fire and earth elements
toad related jutsus (toad gourd prison, collaboration jutsus , etc.)
toad summons ( Gamabunta, -ken, -hiro, -kichi, -tetsu, and Fukasaku and Shima)
barrier jutsus
fuinjutsu
Sage mode (vastly increased strength and speed, increased power in ninjutsu, increased chakra, and for Jiraiya two toads on your shoulder fused with you)
Orochimaru-
Large chakra levels
very fast and strong
wind element (strong against lightning, weak against fire)
Kusanagi sword (sharpest sword)
ability to regenerate wounds (not sure to what extent)
ability to take over bodies (body stealing technique, usable every 3 years)
8 headed serpent
snake summons (Manda and others)
Impure world resurrection (not quite as awesome as Kabuto's because Oro controls them)
some fuinjutsu
Now here is what I think would happen. Because Sasuke is on an MS kick (ever since he received it he has only used that) he would likely start off with that and try to use his most powerful moves in the beginning.
If he uses Amaterasu, Oro can cut off whatever body part is burning and regenerate. Unfortunately Jiraiya has no defense if he gets hit, I find it highly unlikely that he would be able to seal Amaterasu while it was burning him, his only viable option if he gets hit would be to cut off his arm like the raikage did (if it is his arm, it still hold true for any body part). However Jiraiya in sage mode is so much faster than Sasuke that I don't think it would be easy for Sasuke to hit him, and if Sasuke tried more than a few times and misses then he would drain his chakra alot.
As for Tsukuyomi, Sasuke's Tsukuyomi is breakable because it isn't instant like Itachi's, thus Jiraiya would be all but immune to it if he were in sage mode. Oro on the other hand would likely be trapped in it but that is why he would have Jiraiya there to break him out of it. I don't see Sasuke's genjutsu playing a big role in this battle at all.
Susanoo, here is where the Sannin males would have a harder time, if only because they would have a hard time breaking through Susanoo. The susanoo arrows wouldn't be fast enough to hit a sage mode Jiraiya and Oro can regenerate so that is also a plus for them. The only thing I can see happening is a collaboration attack with Jiraiya and Oro plus their summons attacking Susanoo to break it.
Sasuke's other abilities, taijutsu, chidori, sword fighting, and fire jutsus would be next to useless against the Sannin.
They wouldn't work on Jiraiya because; Jiraiya has more chakra than Sasuke and nature chakra to overpower his fire with Jiraiya's fire, Sasuke is nowhere near Sage mode speed so chidori wouldn't work unless Jiraiya rushed in a straight line, Jiraiya's speed against Sasuke's sword and taijutsu.
As for Oro; swordfighting wouldn't work because Oro has Kusanagi (sharpest sword), fire jutsus wouldn't work because Oro can regenerate (see chunin exams forest where Oro gets burned and just laughs it off), taijutsu and chidori wouldn't work because Oro can regenerate and stretches (and he survived a full beating from Tsunade who apparently can kill with one punch)
As for the summons, Manda and Oro's snakes in addition to the toads would be more than enough to handle any summon Sasuke might try (hell even just one Sannin summon would work)
The only chance I see Sasuke having is if he gets lucky and catches Jiraiya in Amaterasu and catches Oro in Tsukuyomi. But he would have to do that very quickly in the battle and nearly back to back as the other Sannin would use the opening left by Sasuke's attack.
