SM is not fast enough to dodge black flames as the speed can still be seen with some degree. Never does it say its fast enough to dodge. Sasuke did not beat Oro...if it had not been for his big Brother. Oro would still be raping Sasuke. Jiraiya...are you serious? The Sharingan is not the end all be all to all jutsus. It has been proven time and time again that eye jutus are no where near invincible. I do believe that Naruto & Sasuke have surpassed their teachers but I would like to see them take on each other in their prime.

reasons why sasuke can beat jiraiya

1.he can counter jiraiya rasengan with chidori as seen when ever those jutsu clash they both end draw so it is unclear to say one is stronger

2.jiraiya sage mode can be handled with a mangekyou,and if jiraiya trys that fat ass rasengan sasuke can always activate susano i doubt a rasengan can break susano

3.can use amaterasau'

4.if jiraiya tries some crazy shit like to kill him and sasuke sasuke can always summon an animal to shield him as seen in in deidera fight.

5.jiraiya moves will be figured through sharigan

AND FOR OROCHIMARU
just chidori him or cut his tong no matter the sanin being tsunade instead of orochimaru sasuke still wins.

I think wouldnt Oroshimarou be so weakened he could take on Sasuke a little bit longer.

In other words if everyone fight in full condition Sasuke would loose, if the fight is in the same time. Oro has so many trumph cards he could even play a lil bit with 4tailed Kyuubi.
Jiraya has the old frogs for genjutsu in a different level Sasuke never experienced and who knows if he can breakthrough it. He managed to kill 3 of 6 Peins and this situation was also like impossible.

And if you remember even with Susano, Naruto nearly killed Madara (figuratively). But then Madara used Rinnegan.

Oroshimarou can bring back warriors to life with forbidden summonings. I think he cant summon the Hokages because they were sealed away by the 3rd Hokage but he has also some cool guys like Kabuto has to be summoned.
