I don't remember Madara's Rinnegan having a "cool down" when he started to use it. I guess Sasuke's Rinnegan must be "special" since he's the only one who can't use it like Nagato or Madara did.

yh but every other rinnegan user in th whole manga has been using the same eye obito nagato pain where all using madaras eye so that eye clearly had different abilities than sasukes

Nagato had cooldown for Shinra tensei after the destroyed the village. Also when you use basic Bansho tennin you have 5 seconds cooldown too. Rewatch the invasion of Pain please

Madara's limbo had a set time into je gained both Rinnegan, same should be for Sasuke.

Madara used way more "techs" than just limbo. Sasuke couldn't do anything at all. That should give you the hint that something is clearly wrong. The blindness will take full effect in the next few chapters I'm sure.

Well madara did have 2 Rinnegan and plus he is the owner. And blindness on a Rinnegan? It doesn't even cause strains

Madara and Nagato could still do basic things unlike Sasuke who couldn't even dodge a stick. You're setting the bar pretty low when you assume it's okay for a Rinnegan user to become useless like Sasuke did during the last chapter.

And how was Naruto any better? Sasuke's rinnegan is different from Madara's and Hagoromo's. He can't use the six paths technique (until he shows feats), but he can switch places with objects. That is pretty hax, and you have to admit it.

Switching places with a shoe and some sand isn't all that great. Naruto was doing what he usually does when Sasuke is hiding behind him.
