yes he is, i didnt like curse mark just because it involved snakes, which i cant stand snakes, and its not of uchiha, its of oro

Actually without learning snake jutsu he would have died against orochimaru, and deidara. I think he is better of without curse mark because now Orchimaru cant take control over him. but I do wish he could get it back. Although without orochimarus control. That would be AWESOME!

No not at all. In every fight he was in he lived and won thanks to that. it saved him from everyone he fought. Now that he doesnt have it, he needed help in every fight hes been in.

That's because now hes only been fighting kages and jinchuuriki lately. So it seems like hes weaker, but in reality hes just fighting stronger opponents .

sasuke didnt need cursemark, it drained his chakra to quick when he transformed, the hawk suits sasuke, the snake was something he stole from oro 
because he really had no choice but to go with the flow, basically he was stuck with that curse mark because of oro

what hawk? the summon?? that's just a summon he pulled out of his behind randomly in 1 battle like he usually does... I don't recall Sasuke making any contracts with hawks, nor do I remember him training to acquire any jutsu except his chidori and some of his lower level sharingan moves. Cursemark suited him because it matches his higher level sharingan abilities that he put no training into, all he did was get bitten by Orochimaru then sit in a barrel for about 50 episodes while everyone was fighting to save him to get his cursemark. After that I give him credit for improving chidori so much to make it his own jutsu that is what I like about Sasuke. But then he goes back to his old habit of taking shortcuts and takes Itachi's eyes? Anyway I got carried away with the Sasuke flaming, what I'm saying is that the cursemark was a horrible ability, firstly he didn't really make it his own ability, he just became Orochimaru's puppet to get it, some of you may compare it to Naruto's sage mode but Naruto at least had to train for it and he came up with his own unique way of going into sage mode, just like he comes up with his own rasengan versions. As I said before the part about Sasuke that I do like is his Chidori because he trained hard with Kakashi to get it, then improved it so that it became his own technique, he wasn't just taking shortcuts to get revenge quicker. Then of course Itachi's eyes ZZZzzz another shortcut to more power, lets skip the training and just jump into more difficult fights that you can't handle alone Sasuke. The snake summons I could understand where he got those from, obviously Orochimaru but when and who on earth gave him a contract with a hawk? Aren't hawks like a snakes enemy or something? Forgot to mention the fire jutsu's he used they were also good, especialy with the fight against Itachi how he used the fire to make the jutsu kirin, his strongest lightning jutsu. I liked everything about how he fought there except the curse mark, glad Itachi was thinking the same thing and decided to get rid of it for good
I guess Itachi's eyes are not as bad as the curse mark, people can atleast think of it as his inheritance for proving his strength to Itachi... This is about the curse mark so I'm just going to settle on how the curse mark was crap for Sasuke, it just gave him power when he needed it and was discarded when he could do things by himself. Like removing the training wheels off a bike.

I think he´s better off without it although he lost some physical strength from losing it, remember when he and naruto fought at the hospital roof, they were equal and their battle in final valley right after he got the lvl 2 curse mark, you could see how much more powerful he gotten, he lifted and punched naruto around like it was nothing.
His power ms does more then make up for his loss of the curse mark though as he´s much stronger and that hawk summoning suits him but i think the hawks should talk and everything like the toad does.
He should do some collaboration ninjutsu with them too.

Well the Mangekyou suits him far better in my opinion.

The snake powers don't come from the curse mark, he got those when he absorbed Orochimaru..
Anyway, I'd say he's better off with the curse mark, it's basicly a power-up ontop of his usual powers, and he grows wings which give him the air advantage o.o
And his fights were way more interesting when he had the curse mark, his fight vs Deidara is probably my fav Sasuke fight.(Naruto vs Sasuke @ valley excluded)
