Madara will not share any tail beast with Sasuke or anybody else, for His world control He needs to control all the tail beast by Himself and nobody else. Plus Sasuke is a lose cannon capable of attacking Madara at any time, Emotionally Sasuke is unstable like a mad dog that is liable to bitted you at any moment and time.

It sounds interesting Sasuke Uchiha might want one in order to obtain more power and he might try to steal one. If he wants one he will probably try to get the Ten Tails most likely since it is the most powerful.
