If she cant die by any means possible according to her self hype, that would mean:
-Jinton can't kill her despite turning the target into molecular sized dust.
-Amaterasu can't kill her despite turning the target into ashes in a matter of seconds.
-TBB
-Etc.
We all know this is false and these moves can kill her so that renders her self hype false. Tsunade is not immortal while she has chakra.
