Sasuke likes to fight up close with Chidori and his Kusanagi - that however is the place he least wants to be. Tsunade is more skilled in close combat than Sasuke is. She can afford to take hits because of Byakugou, but he cannot take even a single one. She can tank an attack and counter before he can move to kill him - she'll regenerate but he'll die.

His Sharingan pre-cognition won't stop him from getting hit forever, especially since she has shown to take advantage of times when an opponent cannot dodge.

Sasuke has full knowledge he won't engage in close combat, this is hebi Sasuke aka not an cocky idiot. Sasuke is also better at close combat thanks to sharingan and his insane speed. Chidori Nagashi would save him if he gets distracted and doesn't see her coming, both which are probably not going to happen.

@Bold Tsunade's speed feats aren't comparable to that of Sasuke's.
@Underlined OP hasn't stated distance between the two.
Come to think of it this match could go either ways according to the distance.

sasuke needs "specific" conditions to be met to use kirin this was put in plain text when he used it on itachi and sorry but tsunade doesnt have the right jutsu up her sleeve to create these conditions during the fight sorry man no offense sasuke would still win though it would be more difficult than you would think
