If he really wanted to become Hokage he wouldn't try to bring back the previous one, since Tsunade would have to step down.
(Which she wouldn't and would be a complete Dumb*** to do so as well)

There can't be 2 Kages at the same time for 1 Village. Pretty sure that is the rule in the ninja world.​

Well they need the Five Kage's help with the war, and they were talking about some kind of plan, so there might be more to this that we don't know about yet.

Could be for the same reason he hasn't tried to kill Naruto yet despite the recent chapter which implies his intension, he needs help.

Manga plot and I'm pretty sure that Hiruzen and Minato were both Kages for a short ammount of time, unless translation was horrible.

No. I have the official Viz Manga. IRL, and I can't remember what chapter, but Hiruzen said he had to become Hokage again a 1-3 days after Minato's death/Birth of Naruto.

This is what I think so too, but thankfully he won't, cause of plot.
