It gives me more reaction time than the first and allows me to view through some gengutsu, up to C-rank if im not mistaken. Also it allows me already to use some Uchiha gengutsu.
It can be improved, like the other ones, in a moment of life or death or in a moment where great emotions show up, like when someone who I like is in danger for example.

Nope improves through experience and chakra. So what I want you to do is experience with your sharingan. You will eventually start gaining 3 tomoe which is an improvement/upgrade of the 2 tomoe its all about training it to do more just like your body when you were a genin. I remeber those days... Wrath! As im kicked and im about to fall on teh ground i put my hands on it and putting great strength on them, i jump above you to the other side of the earth shield. Since im on the other side of the shield i dont see it and im not affected. With my earth chakra i soften the shield to deliver a spinning kick, breaking it and hitting your clone, suddenly hitting him from behind. Then i do a Tsuchi Bunshin to concentrate on you so i can focus on you and check if you are a really yourself or a clone

3 tomoe can see through Brank. You should have focused more chakra into your eyes to try and see through it. If you were focusing enough you should have been able to but u werent but hey *body flickers infront of u and ur clone and uses while standing on my hands

Using the sharingan, my clone blocks your kick while he bends low and kicks his legs making fall to the ground while i focus a big amount of chakra on my eyes to see through your illusions to see which one is the real you and he leaves the others to the tsuchi bunshin. While my bunshin deals with them using the sharingan to give him more help i notice the real you and jump on the sky, avoiding your kicks and punches and he comes down on you with

I suddenly notice a growing power on my eyes and i also notice a big diference, seeing everything much more slower. Seeing you come at me with the rasengan, i roll backwars, placing my hands on the ground, propelling me back again so im now standing right. When you come i use my sharingan to have more reaction time and i pass my hand right above yours, grabbing your wrist and turning it around you. With my other hand, i slam my elbow adding more force to my hand, making the rasengan hit your chest.

Now that you have the three tomoe I want you to use the sharingan to its full extent. Dont just use it to track speeds use it to make counter attacks like u just did for the rasengan but put more behind it. Now that you have the 3 tomoe you can see through Brnks and cause hyponoses to the rank lower than u. Now I want you to go spar with an opponent but first link me to your bio so i can approve it. I want you to spar with Noobinator then later I want you to persuade him to becoming a sensei again.
