Whats most dumb is people thinking that Kishi is so stupid, he would give OP powers to characters just for no reason then remove them. That never happens and you guys know it. It's highly illogical and stupid to think that Sasuke has 360 genjutsu and didn't use it just for the sake of...plot? Only Sasuke faps who thinks that Sasuke should've won think that.

When he put Sakura in a genjutsu her eyes didn't turn into the rinnegan. So I'm pretty sure it only works on bijuus

To sasuke's visual genjutsu? Definitely. Sasuke's genjutsu although powerful pails in comparison to itachi's tsukuyomi which manipulated time. Naruto is essentially host of all nine bijuu whom love him, do the math.

Clearly it only works on bijuus. All jutsus have a weakness. Ameno has a limited range, amaterasu can be dodged or somehow torn off, susanoo can be destroyed. Solo Glance would break that trend. Kishi doesn't give powers and remove them to nerf characters. Show me anywhere in the manga where he does that
