Well Kishi made it clear he can use any jutsu he likes and create any jutsu he likes.

Regarding immortality, he can achieve in various ways, but since he mentioned having Sharingan it implies he can also use Izanagi without blindness.

Being able to "cheat" death is one way of being considered immortal even if it's not in the literal sense.

How is he using izanagi without blindness? Even the senju power is unable to restore eyesight after you use its power.
