if guy and the other person is fighting another genjutsu is not ruled out.

as for speed FTG is little faster than naruto i think

sasuke and itachi are not affected by genjutsu and it minato and naruto get caught in it their partner can free them

Naruto and Sasuke have improved a lot but still they aren't up to Minato's or Itachi's level singly...
Anyhow, Minato and Itachi is almost an invincible team comprising:
Dashing speeds,
S/T jutsus,
Strong ninjutsus,
Powerful genjutsus,
Top notch intelligence and smartness,
Huge battle experience and much more....
While Naruto and Sasuke will lose to them in almost every category except ninjutsu IMO, else they aren't even close to their level in other fields.

Minato and Itachi will beat them w/o any difficulties...

BTW, the use of words like EMS and KM means that OP is trying to give them some hype...
Let me tell something that our KM got soloed by Tobi rather easily w/o using any of his rinnegan tech. while Minato almost defeated Tobi when he hasn't his rinnegan...and Sasuke's performance while using MS is pathetic compared to Itachi and I don't see him getting tenfold with his EMS as he has to be near Naruto's level.
