Naruto still has 1. the eye that Itachi gave him. 2. Being blood relation(I believe) to the Senju family puts him at blood relation to so6p but so is Sasuke so one of them it seems it poised to take up the mantle of so6p. 3.Naruto is the star logic dictates that he wins the fight although and hopefully Kishi will break tradition and throw an awesome curve ball like kabuto winning everything or naruto failing to save sauke and giving him a pass or joining him(to be honest i love these fan pics i see online of sasuke,naruto and sakura as the new yahiko,nagato and konan akatsuki)
That's what i thought as well but I've seen so many "blahblah is the greatest ninja" or "so-and-so is the strongest ever" i started to think i was the only one who saw that naruto and sasuke will pass everyone, though neither is my favorite
In Naruto's case is that Naruto is on the verge of actuality with each tail beast power combine in Himself.

if you count kurama as narutos power then i should be able to count kabutos edo army and edo madara as his power. so naruto can defeat dozens of jounin/kage level legends plus madara himself and nagato all at once alone?
hes lost his fair share of battles actually. like kakashi, oro, lee, jirobo (shika and chouji saved his ass), sasuke VOTE, itachi had he been serious, kabuto, edo nagato before itachi came into it
I do not agree, however, everyone has a right to their respective opinions. The one ninja they will definitely not surpass is the SO6P, since he is the source of both Senju and Uchiha clans, jinchuuriki to the greatest bijuu ever, possessor of the most powerful ninja 'tools' of all time and enormous amounts of chakra. I would have to say a big, fat 'no!' to either Naruto or Sasuke ever surpassing someone of that caliber.

I hear what you're saying and given the build up(not hype) of so6p it might be hard to imagine, however, whoever the winner(idk if Kishi will make Naruto win or not to be honest) I believe will turn out to be the 2nd incarnate of so6p which given the attitude shown by so6p would point to Naruto.
