I take it back. They would be considered, eos (end of series) DB level... The mentioning of Chaiotzu and Master Roshi has provided me revelation.... However in all fairness, Chaiotzu isn't really that strong... His dodon ray is easily dodged, he gets countered, outsmarted, conqured. Now Master Roshi, that's a different story... His Kamehameha would indeed incinerate the two shinobi.

We all know how fast DBZ characters especially Goku / Vegeta they fly at like Jet speeds Mark 1 etc..Naruto and Sasuke can only run so fast and Naruto only learned to fly via Rikudo Mode Yea don't think their anywhere near DBZ level lol if their power level was red probably be less then a 100 or something
