Originally I was going to post team 2 wins because Kakashi would copy hidden mist jutsu then both would use hidden mist jutsu to blitz, but that's not likely too occur. Lol.

A case can be made for both here but I think team 1 wins more times than not,

Sasuke can put Zabuza under 3T genjutsu, quickly making this a 2v1 fight, then both senjutsu users would eventually overwhelm/overpower Kakashi.

CM2 Kimimaro is arguably durable enough to take lightning hounds, & lightning tether maybe. (Sasuke could fly)

Kakashi trying to ram Rakiri into Kimi is just blatant suicide when Kimi can spring up his bone forrest, or use that ultra stab technique (forgot the name)

Kimi could give Sasuke the time he needs to set up Kirin & then it's GG.

Or Sasuke just stabs Kakashi with Black Chidori

How is 3Tomoe Kakashi beating Sasuke? He has CM2 to add on to his abilities and Kakashi has shown no better cqc skills than regular Hebi Sasuke. Ration skillz shouldn't even be compared here. As for Zabuza bone forest should suffice.​

What are you talking about, Wave arc Kakashi did fine reacting to Zabuza in the mist, he protected Naruto & Sasuke , then protected Sakura & Tazuna.

War arc Kakashi was able to beat Zabuza in the mist by himself.

And Hebi Sasuke is on a whole other level compared to Zabuza.
Sasuke could blitz him
He can evaporate hidden mist jutsu with Katon
He can Genjutsu him seeing as Kakashi did it, & Sasuke is a superior genjutsu sharingan user & an uchiha.
Zabuza is arguably beaten, by Sasuke in Kenjutsu ( that may be going to far) but Raiton and his sword is still very potent.
Sasuke is just a bad match up for Zabuza.

Sasuke and Kimi take this. Idk what argument can be made for 3t war arc kakashi being better than Hebi Sasuke as I feel most of his feats involved Kamui. Zabuza is outclassed in this fight unless there are feats he has im unaware of.
