Bee will get pwned by itachi, kisame beat bee and even kisame said itachi is stronger than him.
sasuke can beat raikage with an ems aswell.
minato couldnt handle susano and the totsuka sword, the totsuka sword was even better than minato, thats why orochimaru searched for it after he lost hokage to minato.
i would say naruto and pain. the 2 uzumakis vs the 2 uchihas.

if you look up the origin of the word uchiha was once spelt uchiwa by the japanese. I can't remember if it tech still is and for the sake of the anime was changed to 'ha' or if it was spelt that way in the past.

Just because kisame "beat" bee doesn't mean itachi would just because *he is stronger than kisame*
Both have very diffrent abilities, Kisame is a perfect match for all Jinchuuriki's because of his high chakra/stamina and his chakra draining sword to replenish his chakra
While itachi is at a disadvantage vs Jinchuuriki's because of his low stamina and most Jinchuuriki's are immune to genjutsu
Like the sasuke vs deidara, deidara was more powerful than sasuke but sasuke's abilites (lighting > earth) countered deidara's abilities. It all goes down to who's abilities will counter who's
So you logic in "Itachi can beat bee just because kisame could and itachi is stronger" is flawed
