You need Rikudou Senjutsu, but you still have to apply a high level of chakra control attained from RSM to even use it.

What I meant was that you don't have to create TSB even if you do have RSM.

I think he only had the Yin Element and likewise, Naruto had the Yang Element which is why Naruto couldn't use Onmyoudon. He simply lacked the Yin component necessary to use it.

No that meant his Yin was dominant over his Yang. Sasuke is Yin Dominant, Naruto is Yang Dominant, Madara is both Yin and Yang dominant and Hinata is neither Yin or Yang dominant. Near about every human in NV has both Yin (Spiritual/Mental Energy) and Yang (Physical Energy) so it's not possible for someone to not have Yin and Yang.

Rikudou Chakra uses Natural Energy as well. The only reason why it doesn't provide Senjutsu is because there isn't enough Natural Energy to even use it. Hagoromo inherited his Chakra from Kaguya, so by that extension, it should have Natural Energy which makes sense considering Sasuke could make physical contact with a Gudoudama and even slice through Juubidara.

I don't think Hagoromo divided his Rikudou chakra into Yin and Yang. He gave them both the complete portions of his chakra hence they both awakened Rinnegans. This would mean they both have the powers of RSM and Rinnegan. Sasuke's Rinnegan is amplified because he has Hagoromo + Indra (Yin gets dominant) whereas Naruto's RSM is amplified because he has Hagoromo + Ashura (Yang gets dominant).

I don't think Shizen has any relevance here. That is the power of the Juubi. Yin and Yang is the power of Hagoromo. When Hagoromo became Jubbi Jin, I think those Three got muddled up and mixed.

Well, Rikudou Chakra, nor RSM doesn't negate Ninjutsu. Onmyoudon is what allows them to do so which to my knowledge, they don't, but I haven't watched the movie, so I wouldn't know.

I also don't recall TSB requiring Yin-Yang Release. I only recall Onmyoudon needing such a thing which is separate from TSB.
