For how he brought peace, I am following the translated versions of novels. Those should offer insight. That is what I am hoping there.
I don't think he would pursue Uzumaki clan's mystery. He has been an orphan all his life practically. Team 7 is family and whole village is family. Sasuke was born with his clan members there. That is why he cares for the Uchiha.
The heroine Sakura cannot end up alone as single women are loosers, Like Mei
Kishimoto didn't want Sasuke ended alone and the uchiha clan be extinct.
Sasuke's redemption is more important
That’s why his romantic subplot got resolved on-panel. It’s part of him finally coming back to his senses.
So Kishimoto gave her Sasuke’s love.
Karin > Sasuke was completely unnecessary when Kishi was obviously not intending to make SK canon by any means.
He kept her around for the lulz and degrading Karin further and further with her obsession only for sake of unnecessary comic relief scenes
Karin is unpopular charcater too. She isn't popular like Sakura or Hinata.

Karin is no longer necessary for him as pairings are finally settled, so she disappears from the story.
I didn't undertand the point to made her a Uzumaki too.
If Kishimoto was planning to f**cked Karin with these creepy scenes and after tossed her aside in the end without even interact with Naruto.There's no reason to make Karin an Uzumaki

Uzumaki's clan looks like a unimportant clan with this treatment. Naruto's clan and his members didn't have importance.

It's because they're not true Sakura fans and they couldn't care less who she ended up with, so long as she is happy then it doesn't matter to them, but they leave out all the parts of Sasuke's harsh treatment and disrespect towards her because they knew that at the end of the day she was going to get what she wanted.Eh. I don't know why Sakura fans are pleased and approve of her ending up with Sasuke, did't you rabid-giant-forehead lovers want someone better for her?
... it's almost as if they think Sakura has won some sort of prize.
What she's really got is a crush who abandoned her, tried to kill her and her team mate/sensei/comrades and village. A boy who considered her "annoying" and proclaimed she couldn't understand him.
End of the war, he leaves her. Again.
Skip forward and she has a husband who is... absent (notice a pattern here). But she has daughter with him, which is just lovely, especially when you consider that she's probably inherited the Uchiha bloodlimit and all the fun that goes along with that; psychosis, insanity, arrogance, disdain for the plebs, predisposition towards mass genocide and world domination.
But that's all okay - because Sakura fufilled her dream (at 12 years old) to become Mrs Uchiha.
The true Sakura fans are the ones that shipped Sakura with Naruto and continued to be a Sakura fan even after she ended up with Sasuke.

I know it is considered as non canon but Part 3 isn't going to dwell on these. I care for a complete story more than I care for canon or non canon. So I will read the novels to see everyone's end.

Tsunade is actally the closest relative to Naruto.
They have 3 things in common,
Ashura (Tsunade desended from HAshirama)
Uzumaki (Tsunade grandmother was Mito
Karuma (Tsunade most likely has traces of karuma inside of her, because of his grandmother.)

This sums up most of the things people overlook to think about when it comes to part 2 SasuSaku. They keep repeating what went down at the kage summit and they rephrase that Sasuke is abusive, but that's only because they hate Sakura. But let me just say that the part where he catches is more like to be something that is cliche to us. That's why the two look each other in the eye. Also him catching was probably the first in a long time he actually did something genuine. That's all I'll say to correct you.

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and Sasuke's love for Sakura is definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. I like reading everyone's opinion on the matter, though, and I hope this discussion goes on.

yea.. considering the fact he didn't want anyone to love him. He was trying to break his bonds.. that doesn't mean he didn't love them.. just wasn't the path for him.
read part 1 interactions after zabuza arc. Sasuke showed he liked Sakura, and he didn't want her to get hurt even for following him.
This doesn't fit, coming from Itachi fans.
