Most likely got weaker with the lose of RSM, lose of bijuu, and probably forgot how to use sage mode. No doubt fully mastered rinnegan Sasuke can and would stomp Naruto while braiding salada's hair with 1 finger.

Naruto got full Kurama now, with just Yin Kurama he was powerful enough to do the most real damage to Kaguya. He also got Hashirama cells via arm which boost jutsu power, increase stamina and let you use wood jutsus in some cases. Naruto got both of these in 699 after his fight with Sasuke while Sasuke got Hashirama cells when Kabuto healed him way before their fight.

Let's not forget that Naruto's growth rate is the highest as he can make hundreds to a thousand of shadow clones to train with. If he trains a day using 365 clones then he just did a year worth of training in 1 day. He can do this to learn/improve taijutsu, chakra control, shunshin, 9 Bijuu abilities/chakra nature, kenjutsu/weapon skills, resistance to genjutsus, ect..

I personally didn't like the last because I thought it could have been done better but in it you can see Naruto's skills have increased. He was making FRS with 1 hand in base when he use to need 3 clones in base/SM; his chakra control and skills were showcased there. His taijutsu also improved as we seen when he easily beat Toneri puppets alone without needing to use clone; note we seen Hinata dad and his 2 guards get beat by these puppets and Hinata dad at least is high Jounin. Naruto's base was Kage level if not a level higher in the last as his base was high Jounin after Pein arc.

The most humorous thing about this is that people say Naruto lost RSM cuz they didn't see it in the Last, but if memory serves correctly, Sasuke didn't use the Rinnegan in the movie either. Does that mean he lost it? No. Naruto still has RSM cuz there's no way Kishi gonna have a side character stronger than the main. It would be absurd if Sasuke kept his Sage powerup and eye techs, and Naruto lost his powerup and only had Kurama chakra.

My thing is that Naruto would have a better chance of getting stronger than Sasuke would. As someone else pointed out, he's the Hokage now. That means he has access to the hokage scroll and all the techs to the leaf ninjas. Add the fact that RSM gives him universal understanding of chakra and nature, his ability to use all elements and most KKG, combined with his training(If you've seen the movie, at the very end you could see him practicing outside before his kids rushed in) he should just as strong as Sasuke.

Has Sasuke gotten stronger? Sure, but lets be real here. First, his a ninja not a brawler. Ninjas are about stealth, so he would likely avoid most confrontations that don't involve him anyway. So his fans that makeup this notion that by traveling the world he'll fight all kinds of crazy battles and learn millions of jutsu is far fetched to me. Outside of the random things he encounters, the most Sasuke every has to worry about are thieves, and they're nothing to him.

And if that doesn't convince you, just remember Naruto=Sasuke forever .
