Im not too sure who wins because hebi sasuke did well against deidara, and asuma is the son of the 3rd and a well respectable shinobi.

Anyway what do you think, sorry if its been done before, i checked.

i never saw asuma as a powerful shinobi... he is just an average shinobi except that he has the rare wind element, son of the most powerful kage , hubby of a charming kunoichi and a chain smoker....
