i was going to vote sasori but verified and i completely forgot about souzou sasei !tsunade can't loose she's the best medicine and poison expert of naruto.
sasori has no chance to win and katsuyu can easily destroy all puppets with her acid thing.

Tsunade wins. She has several advantages in this fight: immunity to sasori's poison, considering she is the greatest medic. Sasori doesn't have insta-kill attacks, which means creation rebirth hack and slash all day. Tsunade's chakra control allows her to slice the chakra strings. Tsunade wins as sasori has nothing to kill her with.

Tsuande Wins she tanks through his puppets and Sand , Sasori can't hurt her enough to stop her...Iron sand could do the trick but Tsuande isn't gonna be caught in that for very long.
