I'd never thought of that fight. I bet Orochimaru would win tho. Especially if he knew Sasoris secret (stab thru the heart to kill). Orochimaru is fast enough to avoid Sasoris attacks PLUS he has the sword of Kusanagi and about a thousand snakes, each with swords which he could use to stab Sasori.

Orochimaru would kill Sasori, cause he probably knows his secret, and Orochimaru was in his prime at his current state, he would get mamed

yea Even though sasori was awesome, I don't think that he could have won the fight oro is just too strong with too many awesome jutsu

orochimaru at full strength would beat him
i think people underestimate oro because he was constantly sick as his body was decaying
i mean he was the one who resurrected the 1st and 2nd kage and killed the third and one of the kazekage
sasori is good no doubt though

I think orochimaru beats sasori.....couz....he has a great strenth ......and in one of the sannin.........!!!!!and also a genius.....!!

Without a doubt Oro would wipe out Sasori.
We are all forgetting the amount of knowledge he has... and the fact that he was also a medical trainee.
He fought the third hokage ... and beat him.
He himself is a sannin and fought Tsunade and Jiraiya and was on par with them.
He also took on a four tail naruto and was on par with him.
He also was a member of the akatsuki so he most likely knows Sasori's techniques.
He knows a crazy amount of forbidden jutsu's and how can you NOT love his style... he's just so good at fighting.
Also,
Oro would defintiely be able to counter poison... he probably has a thousand remedies in his endless bodies and transformations. Even without that... he could still get another oro to pop out of his mouth.
Against the third kazekage... Oro could use Edo Tensei and win.
Against major attacks from sasori's puppets Oro could use Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon or Triple Rashomon which would act as a defensive barrier. He wouldn't even need to do that because he could just kill them all with Fūton: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great breakthrough ) and level them all.
Let me tell you all something.
If Orochimaru didn't get his jutsu sealed by the third hokage, Naruto would've ended.

Ya thats right,....Even if they both were to fight oro then oro would win for sure coz oro has a lot of technique which cant be escaped, his defensive, offensive and thinking capabilty is more than enough as Mangas has shown it...However he lost with sasuke coz he was very weak at that time due to the curse of Third.Even thought he gave a good fight to sasuke..

if this gonna be a fight,then it would be a very fierce fight,but i will choose orochimaru as a winner,even though sasori's body was a puppet,but he still had hard and mercy,thats why his grandma could killed him on her last attacked,cause he allowed his grandma to stabbed his vital spot,while orochi,he still live in human body made him still called human,but he was heartless human with no mercy,orochi will won this battle
