He will use his Sharingan to see threw Sasori's attacks, He is after all the copy ninja ^^. ofcourse it will be difficult... even for Kakashi to hit Sasori's heart with his Raikiri (Lightning Blade (cutter)) but if he hit's it right. kakashi knows that sasori only uses poisoned things so i doubt he would just dodge everything. instead i think he would trick sasori rather easily.
sasori's weakness is close combat.
kakashi has 4 elements and can use kage bunshi and thats enough to do it.
he wont go all out vs the puppets. he would try to approach the controller of the puppets and kill him.
kakashi knows everything about stealth and assassination please dont underestimate him.

dude sasori is smarter than you thing to be trick easy and he don't know sasori pioson, even close combat sasori still danger, he has two wind blade with pioson on his back and the his fire can meld cunai and water can cut rock.. and the thing in his stomach contained a thick cable coiled..
