What as Hitler's testicles' feats? You say he can't utilize any outside help, so I assume that means he can't use the forces of the Third Reich, or call upon Mussolini's hanging corpse for help. I guess Sasori's core wins, since it can apparently be teleported around (Sasori moved it into a different puppet), which is better than rolling and allows for more movement.
