sasori is not underrated. he's a bit overrated because of how he died...that's all...for the most part, he fought fodder ninja...and kankuro. doesn't seem like much of a resume to me *whistles*

all in all, he's only a genius when it comes to puppets...not a genius when it comes to fighting. it's obvious he expects all his opponents to be just like the fodder he kills. that was his mistake when first facing chiyo and sakura

I will say though, Sasori may be under-rated but even if someone says he is the worst in Akatsuki, that should still be a compliment. Not the he was at all.

I think he should have had more screen time when he came back as an edo, but the plot no jutsu wasn't too shabby.

Agreed, he was and always will be a great villain. Although his back story was a bit soppy/twisted. lol

I've always thought Sasori was overrated. He's like one of my Top 3 favorite characters!

-He's defeated the so called "strongest" Kazekage. Which means he would sh!t on Gaara.
-He has poison in EVERYTHING. One scratch and you're done!
-Think of it this way, even Kisame got a scratch from Asuma!
-He feels no pain, possibly had unlimited stamina, and can switch puppets.
-He doesn't need to breathe, eat, or drink
-He could've put his soul in the Kazekage puppet, or any other powerful puppets.
-He had ONE MORE SCROLL on his back, which could've been his REAL trump card.
-He had flamethrower arms, metal wings, etc. so it was dangerous to get up close

*HIS PUPPETS MAINTAIN ALL THEIR ORIGINAL ABILITIES!
-Imagine 200+ puppets using all their abilities at once. People are impressed when Kakuzu shoots 3 or 4 different elemental jutsus at once. Imagine 200+ various fire, water, wind, and lightning jutsus being fired at you at ONCE. That my friends, is how you conquer a country! Country is bigger than a village!

he wasnt beaten, he allowed himself to be killed by his grandma, he had a change of heart. Chiyo said so herself, that Sasori saw her attack and could have easily dodged it but didnt for some reason.

He was about to kill Sakura and had his sword through her back and Chiyo was dying from popison. Dont know why people keep saying he was beaten by those two.

It isn't about hurting oro... Its sasori's poison that will be his downfall... oro isn't immune to all poisons.. he isn't a speed demon... his skills are in his ability to tank all hits , due to his body's nature.... unfortunately all his edos and him need is 1 scractch and its over....

yes edos can get poisoned..refer to the fight with hanzo and mifune

that page show hanzo was also affected by the poison even when he was an edo, it show that poison that can completely paralyze the opponent can still work on edo tensei

hanzo was stopped by his own poison.. Sasori's poison will stop them dead in their tracks...

don't get me wrong, it won't KILL them after the three days, but they won' be able to move a msucle...
