Sasori and summonings

I have a question about this.For example someone has 2 bios.One of them is a Sasori bio and the other a custom one.Now Sasori's restrictions say that anyone having a Sasori bio cannot own any summoning animals.

Now,my question is this:Can the custom bio of the person sign the summoning contract?

Only Sasory cannot use animal smmoning. Other bios can.
