Well obviously Shikamaru is smarter but in battle sasuke has the power and the skills to be great but wastes doing Susan'oo and Ameratsu like the fight between him and the Raikage.

I also agree...Shikamaru is awesomely smart, but Sasuke is stronger, but stupid, cause he wastes his power too much.

Just think of it this way, sasuke thinks one move ahead as he sees things with his sharingan, shikamaru thinks 10 moves ahead xd

Shikamaru's a genius in strategy making.

Shikamaru is a Strategist, while sasuke is just a tactician at best... there is a large difference between the two.


so shikamaru is way smarter.
