First your are a blind hater to say that oro was weak. even people who hate oro have to admit that he was strong. 3rd fought oro, the first and second. even though they were not at their best he still was fighting three on one with oro using the sword of kusagani. during the fight even though 3rd was holding his own against three strong opponents, emma said that his performance was pitful. that just proves that he was much stronger in his prime. he was fighting those three while in old age. go to narutopiedia and search up 3rd hokage and if your read the page, it says he was considered the strongest shinobi. if you think 3rd is weak than either or blind and mentally unstable or your reading a different manga

Not sure how on Earth this thread became about Oro', but I gave it a good rating because I'm rather curious myself about the question asked in the Topic. Anywho, Oro' was powerful, he was a Sannin after all, and Jiraiya was 3rd most powerful, putting Tsunade, and Oro' in front of him somehow. (Jiraiya being Ero Sannin.) I would imagine he was a tad more intelligent than the other two, Jiraiya's mind was too busy being a pervert to go to it's full potential.. And Tsunade's was too busy wanting to gamble. xd

The 3d was consistently pawning strong shinobies for at least 4 decades, he then lost one fight which was against his former student orochimaru, at which point he was protecting kohanna and holding off both hashirama and tobirama in his already senile state. Thus you totally throw out everything hiruzen had accomplish throughout his life, and ruled him as a weakling because he died protecting his village (which he did)?
