Obito was pretty new to that mode when he attacked hiruzen, That attack could of landed before he implemented this "Destroy's all ninjutsu" thing into his attacks.
Since Tobirama regenerated from obito's first attack.

He isn't dead. Tobirama was hit with the same attack from pre-in control Juubito and he regenerated fine. Sautobi is not dead.

mhm when he used that exploding talisman jutsu thingy he ended up getting blown up as well from it... But I think he only regenerated due to the fact that Obito didn't inflict that wound on Tobirama

Tobrina was attack when Obito was still fighting to control the Juubi,3rd Hokage was attack by Obito Himself after He gain control of the Juubi thus having a mind to redirect the juubi powers the way He wanted them to be. Remember Juubi no thinking ability and Obito can think,The Juubi just attacks,Obito can analyze and form strategy.

Obito gained the ability to nullify all ninjutsu AFTER he gained the staff and appearance of Rikudo. Tobirama was hit during the same state Obito was in when he hit Hiruzen.

II dont think he's dead. Obito was adding that ninjutsu canceling quality to his attacks yet. If you remember he hit Tobirama and he regenerated. And he attacked naruto with that jutsu and sasuke blocked it with susanoo.
