What I believe is that Sakura is the true mother but because of Sasuke absorbing Karins chakra all the time Karin's bad eye sight was passed onto Sarada, maybe?

I agree. Especially cause Sakura made a big fuss over it, if it were just Karin's genetics then she wouldn't have fussed cause that would mean Sarada would simply just have bad eye sight. But they emphasised that scene to make it clear that it's not just a standard eye problem.

This is just my theory , but I think that Sakura is actually the real mom. Maybe Sakura was on a mission with Sasuke and had a labor in Orochimaru's hideout and Karin saved the umbilical cord from Sakura (Sakura forgot to take it) . I'm not really sure though about this because it's very unlikely this would happen. I mean , Sasuke was investigating Kaguya's dimension for 10 years
