Tldr; Someone edited it. If you looked on tumblr the person with the scan took the picture and had it photoshopped.

lol, I don't need to look any further for the truth because it's right in front of my eyes. The reason you don't see any color in her eyes in the full scan is because it is too small and zoomed out. The good quality close up clarifies that.

Of course there is always a possibility that the person edited the close up, but it doesn't seem like it.
