Absolute nit-picking to find her only moment of weakness. Facing the attack of an Ootsutsuki which 99% of realist NV would do the same. Only reason Boruto didn't do that is because he's an head-strong Naruto wannabe who couldn't do a thing either.

People keep forgetting that Tsunade only taught Sakura medical ninjutsu in the time skip. Why would Sarada be mastering it now when she's in a team doing missions all day? I don't even see Sasuke training Boruto either because he has an actual life too.
I'm not trying to make it seem as if she will be a medical ninja, but ignoring the possibility of someone inheriting most of Sakura's techniques when she already mains CES and has her catchphrase .... might lead to disappointment.

Boruto actually stated that he needed to protect Sarada because she was scared, due to him having helped Momoshiki gain power by releasing the techniques on the KOTE device.

Failkura has no will and can’t keep her emotions in line, a key factor for any solider. The 2nd Databook states that there are times she wants to give up on life, in other words, to kill herself! Suicide! Over what? Nothing but her childhood crush leaving her. Something as minor as that makes her want to die. She’s crying left an right, over Sasuke leaving, over her own uselessness, over being a burden, over Sasuke not caring for her. FFS, she barely knew Sasuke, yet started wailing at the thought of him being dead. Even in The Last, when she thought Toneri had killed Naruto, the person she cares for more than anyone else, the furthest her expression went was a look of distress. And people want to say Hinata would fall apart if Naruto died lol.
The Will of Fire states that the entire village is like a large family unit and every Konoha shinobi with the Will of Fire loves, believes, cherishes, and fights to protect the village, as previous generations had done before them. Remind me who was it that wanted to leave the village for a rogue ninja VS who it was that abandoned their love interest to save their village and the world?

I'm alluding to a Uzumaki technique which The Byakugou Seal is, Sakura's chakra control is so flawless that she didn't have a problem mastering an Uzumaki tachnique.

If this canon, Boruto has infinite 8 gates because he combines 8 gates (red skin) with yang chakra mode (yellow mode).
Still making Sarada a fodder.

Ikemoto clearly showed that he doesn' t respect Kishimoto' s work when he drew Momoshiki' s final transformation, Ikemoto made canon an idea that is very different than Kishimoto' s.For this Boruto manga, Ikemoto is canon and Kishimoto is filler.
