You speak as if bolt & himawari are ordinary kids. Their parents are Naruto(Uzumaki/Ashura incarnate/Jin/Sage) and Hinata(Hyuuga/Byakugan/Hamura descendant/Special Chakra). Bolt & Himawari will most definitely have special powerful chakra and great durable strong bodies with possible new dojutsu/Chakra Mode as tenseigan or new sage mode.

That Bolt movie will make or break it if she'll have sharingan because of something that Oruchimaru would do to her. It'll be focused on Bolt and Sasuke though which makes me wonder if salada or sharada however you spell her name will be shafted in favor of Sasuke. We'll have to wait 7 months at least for it to air, if we're lucky than we'll be fed snippets of info just like The Last.

As for my opinion to Rasta yes I would say that Sharana will have an advantage over Bolt. The little kid seems to be a hothead and impatient so he'll get pissed and flustered whenever the little girl shows him up. I'm looking forward to it.
