She will definitely learn things a lot faster because of the Sharingan and the Sharingan itself makes her better than most shinobi. Bolt, from what we know, is nothing special. He's literally a lesser Naruto clone that lacks a buddy to be there for him whenever he needs him. Naruto owes almost everything he's achieved to Kurama, and he was half Uzumaki whereas Bolt is only a fourth.

1). A Hyuga would never get the close enough to Sakura to use gentle fist, Sakura's destructive power would easily overwhelm any Hyuga. They would have to move with high speed and elite sophistication while adapting to the destruction around them so charging Sakura to use gentle fist is out of the question.

2). If they do manage to land a blow on Sakura and close a chakra point Sakura can reopen it by releasing what cannot be blocked The Yin Seal, the seal is exterior to the chakra network and when properly released pumps chakra back into the body "forcefully". Meaning that point which has been blocked is now reopened but the fight wouldn't get that far.

Sakura summons Katsuyu and she spits acid.. Anything else...

Sorry but Tsunade couldn't have operated in Naruto, she was out of chakra meaning that she wasn't capable of forming the "chakra scalpel" to get to Naruto's heart. But I'm glad u excepted the Hyuga defeat though!
