Very briefly I'm going to break down a theory I have just thought of.
1. We are assuming Shin(or whoever is behind the scenes) has found Obito's lab and collected all of the sharingan
2. Let's us reminisce on what an EMS is: It is another set of MS being transplanted into a MS user's eye sockets and can only be successful through a close bloodline connection (ex: brothers)
3. I think everyone has just forgotten something, Sasuke got his EMS in Obito's lab ergo, we could theorize Sasuke's ORIGINAL MS eyes were there as well.
4. Could it be possible that Shin or whoever has also collected Sasuke's eyes? Theoretically: Yes
5. If all of these Shin's and potentially the ring leader behind this have MS, could they transplant Sasuke's original eyes and make his eyes a set of EMS? Maybe, who knows? That's what this discussion is for
6. If Sarada awakens MS, she is not completely screwed, she could get Sasuke's eyes and theoretically she most likely would be compatible with Sasuke's MS to fully awaken the EMS.
Conclusion: But how would she get the eyes? Well, first Sasuke's eyes have to come into play in the first place and the bad guy has to have them first be it that they're transplanted or not. The good guys would eventually retrieve them, and Sarada would inherit them when her light would expire... Assuming she awakens MS at some point.
However, the story may not progress as far as her awakening the MS, but it could happen. Either way I theorize Sasuke's original eyes are going to come into play in the bad guy's scheme and maybe they turn into EMS be it for the bad guys purposes or for Sarada. And I mean if you think about it... Sasuke's original eyes could some how awaken the rinnegan, if Indra's chakra comes into contact with "Senju DNA" which is what the bad guys also have seeing how their Lair has wood style. And also assuming that the "Senju DNA(Hashirama's DNA)" still has ashura's chakra in it.
