Sarada should practice Fire Style jutsus, no need for Rasengan or Chidori. There is no Yin Yang rivalry between Sarada and Boruto to have equal and similar powers.

Rasengan = Chidori

That was just the difference in the nature of the techniques. The Rasengan holds more punch and has higher destructive power, whereas Chidori holds extreme sharpness, and has superior piercing power. Very different techniques, but can be used as a counter to the other. The Rasengan made a bigger hole because of its nature, nothing more. This doesn't show that the Rasengan is stronger. A stone would shatter a glass and the iron drill will only make a hole in the glass. That doesn't mean stone is stronger than the iron drill.

Sakura's punch is more powerful than rasengan and chidori, add a element to that and boom.
