i understand femme she will be strong because her dads a uchiha and her mom is a uzumaki and she might learn the only good thing sakura can do , how to get soloed and keep coming back for more punishment because she wont die just like chewing gum getting stuck on your shoe

First let's see how good she is in combat, strength isn't everything. There's taijutsu, speed, battle smarts, ninjustu, genjutsu etc. Secondly let's wait till she can unlock all 3 tomoe before making such a bold claim. I agree if she can unlock 3T sharingan and excel at taijutsu like Sasuke did in part 1 chuunin exams then I would agree. She has the potential to be the strongest 3T sharingan user.

I'm not sure what kind of "strongest" you are talking about. Overall, she isn't the current strongest Uchiha. Her father is. In the entirety of the series? I think it's a tie between Sasuke and Madara. Later down the road, who knows?
In physical and body strength; yes she is the strongest kid Uchiha we've seen. She can punch and kill a mini juubi in one hit and she can create craters in the ground that part 1 Sakura would dream of doing and not be able to do until she was 1-2 years older. (Though if she had someone to teach her earlier, I'm sure she'd been able to do that too). Body strength is yet to really come (though to punch craters I guess it's already pretty solid), but I'm sure she will gain the seal at some point making he body one of the most durable in battle.
Eye strength? It's around the same as Sasuke when he faced Haku. So she has possible potential to develop a strong eye. The conditions have to be right for it though. I personally don't think she will make it past a 3 tomoe.
In theory she is stronger than part 1 Sakura (can actually fight and has much better control), but is ever so slightly behind part 1 Sasuke (lack of ninjutsu is the only thing that sets her behind).

She is better than Sasuke at her age , she is basically Sakura and Sasuke combined in part 1. She wouldn't hesitate the tree climbing . And I said by her own might, meaning no power ups . Byakugou + sharrigan = kaguya level attack

physically yes, otherwise no. not really but shes definitely got some potential. now if she adds the uchiha swag to her style(katon, shuriken jutsu) untop of her strength then it would be cool
