The only thing we can safely assume is that Boruto, Sarada and possibly Mitsuki are the strongest.
Though if this generation is like the last, Sarada will be somewhat ahead until Sasuke starts training Boruto.
Unless Mitsuki turns out to be a Tenseigan pseudo-JJ with big balls.
