Except that Tsunade was not next in line to Hashirama. His true successor was Naruto, the next in line of Ashura's transmigrants.

Indra and Ashura don't transmigrate through genes. A lot of people were Uchiha but were not Indra transmigrant. A lot of people had strong body but were not Ashura transmigrant. Transmigration is not passes on solely by genes so your point is wrong. Further it is highly likely that since the feud between brothers is settled, there would be no more transmigration meaning no more Rinnegan, ever.

Sasuke is defintely going to be stronger. I really can't see Sarada passing him because Kishi is stopping after this movie. I is going to take a lot more than bloodlines to surpass Sasuke who has Rikudo's powers.

Sakura is not from Ashura's lineage. Plus, being from the lineage doesn't make you special. Being the reincarnation makes you special. Sarada is not a reincarnation. She is just like any other Uchiha.
